Not a weird thing at all, with the $ we put into these little glass boxes of enjoyment its a good idea that if you have any doubt to go with the "sure" thing. My reasoning behind going with the DIY was cost (practically a lifetime of the cal part for ~$15-20) and I was able to physically see and get the brand that has been tried and successfully used. Also it said that it was pure or awfully close and the impurities were known/ listed and "safe"..... also it isn't a long term thing for me anyway as I will eventually set up a reactor (that I have already anyways lol) when the demand increases a bit more.

Thanks Chris. Makes me feel better that I'm not some OCD reefer that has a problem opening his mind to new things.
Money is one thing but to be honest it's not the only for me. Money comes and goes (mainly goes for me). But the time and effort that we put into our systems to get them healthy and successful.
I am going to still look into the DIY and price it out and get all my facts together because I trust you guys and what you've used with success.
I am still curious what the difference between the brs 2 part and bionic 2 part is. If I am looking at the right thing the bionic 2 part is a lot cheaper for the same qty and bionic is what I've used with success in the past. I am just curious and want to know because when I do start to dose again I want to have all my facts.

    Haven done anything new lately.
Going to do a wc tonight and get my star polyps that fell behind the rock structure and also probably move a few things around. Will post pics later after everything settles.

Star polyps fell behind the scape sometime in the last day or so, so I decided to do a wc tonight. Get the stars and rearrange things. Here is a pic of how it is and I just finished moving corals and rock so some are still a little PO'd. I will get a pic when everything is happy, assuming they will be in their new spots.
How does it look? Any suggestions. The hammers were the hardest to find spots for but I think they'll be ok where their at for now.
    Thanks.

Its kinda hard for me to see all the changes but from what I can see it looks good! It does appear that you spread out the 3 larger pieces more which IMO was a good move for sure. :)

Thanks Chris. Your right, I did move the three piece around as well as the hammers, candy canes and also the red brain. I reattached the star polyps and I think everything looks pretty good right now. Here are some more pics. Their better, I was able to get home before the whites turned off.

So far everything is happy where it is so for now things are going to stay put. Leathers, hammers and candy canes are happy where they are.
    Input?

I think your tank looks spectacular and everything looks happy. Spreading out the larger pieces really balances it out IMO. Great job!

Thank you so much OFK! That was the idea. It definitely doesn't look so crowded now. Now there is plenty of room for more corals. Lol.
