I don't think it is either of those (100% not frogskin tho, that is more of a deep water/smooth skin). Also, note what appears to be orange coming in around the tip....

The more I look at #3 the more I want to say ora plum crazy....[IMG]

Very cool! What is running through the middle of it and hanging down? I think you should market them :)

Thanks OFK. That is 3/8" acrylic rod.
You can buy acrylic frag plugs but I just wanted to make my own.

Thanks all for the help IDing. I messages my buddy, didn't want to bug him but I just wanted to help get the IDs.
This is what he told me they were.
    1. Ora red planet
    2. Humilis acropora
    3. Miami orchid
    4. Ora purple bonsai
    5. Cali tort
This is just what he told me. Also looking up pics of each individual coral I find them to be accurate.

Today was a good Father's Day. First my wife ordered my jebao earlier this week for Father's Day, I got some very cool art from my wife and little one.

Went and got some salt, food and was able to frag my pocillapora.

Their not all the healthiest looking frags but that was the point. Cut off the not so healthy, let them get healthy and trade off for more corals.
    Just overall a good day.
Thanks all for the help, kind words and being totally awesome!

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Very cool on the Humilis acropora, I find their stubby thick branches . Nice score on the Miami Orchid, another one I really like.

I was thinking #2 was an A. humilis but the tip isn't quite as pronounced as the typical mature branch tip which kept throwing me off. Yours was likely cut off a newer tip then, and I would expect as it continues to grow out that it will develop that as well.... a fairly common coral but quite nice IMO.

#3 being Miami Orchid is also an ORA piece. That will grow into a very nice staghorn. Highly underrated around here atleast, but certainly a beautiful piece. :)

You definitely scored good on that trade IMO!!! :)

That pic is sweet, love how they turned the little ones handprint into a fish very cool and creative!

Disclaimer: I am Not trying to start a debate on this thread, everything said is in my personal opinion and through my experiences.

So I got my WP40 today. I know this has been a pretty popular pump lately. There has been a lot of talk about it. Basically it's the poor mans mp40 or Tunze. I have done a lot of research, I have read a lot of articles. I've read and read some more. That's not to say that I won't have issues. I mean I've had issues with my koralias and a quiet one 4000 and stray voltage. I basically know all the positive and negative comments that can and possibly will be made. I waited some time to make sure there were no big issues with the pump in the early stages. I know they are still new and they have not been proven 100% yet. I for one believe with the research that I've done and others experience that this is and will continue to be a good non expensive pump. I for one cannot afford to power my tank the way it needs to be with the so called proven pumps and went with the next best thing.
With all the being said I first installed this in my 20g that I have in my garage so I could play with it and familiarize myself with the functions.

Lets just say that it is really powerful for a 20g. After I messed with it for a little bit and was comfortable I rinsed it off again and installed it in my 5' 125g. I turned off all my powerheads and I tweaked with all the functions. I prefer else mode with the dial all the way to the left. Within about 30 min I had PE like I've never seen and PE on a previously sucked up newly added birdsnest. I also had movement in every inch of the tank. Not as much in the corners due to rock scape but there was suspended detritus that I have no idea where it came from. I positioned my 2 k3s so that every inch of the tank would get good flow. I had to move the large toadstool leather closer to the sandbed because it was just too high and wasn't happy being blasted. I have the ability to lower the voltage through a voltage regulator but feel it works best on my system at 24v.
I mounted the controller on the outside of my light stand with velcro and installed the light sensor. The sensor is shaded from the tank light and works great ATM. It turns on and off with the light in my living room.
Overall I am extremely happy with the performance. I am super excited that I got this in 4 days as well because I really didn't want to wait anymore.
This is a FTS of what the tank looks like before the lights went off for the night.

I think so. You can only control the speed of the pump in H and L function.
I think that's what you were saying about it right.
