Wish I would have known....

The company I worked for sold a hottub to a customer 75 miles away. We delivered the hottub on Saturday and the ozonator failed on install (We had included it free, as an added value). We explained to the customer that we would order a new one and since it was so far away could we come back in two weeks...No Problem, he said. On Monday he disputed the price of the entire hottub and it was immeadiatly taken from our account (over $9000.00) and even though we made a special trip down on Tuesday to replace it, it took the CC company, the allowable, 30 days to return the money. That was the one and only charge-back we ever had in 22 years.

Oh yeah I have had one good order and one not so good order from SW.com
