Worst way for a tank to meet it's end

i've heard

Ex wives dumping bleach
Nems wiping out tanks (it's sad that it's common)
Rocks falling into glass
Someone testing the strength of the glass

what have you guys heard?

 

Stand collapsing..not too long ago..I was about 2 days away from this

 

Seeing your 6ft tank that was a full reef set up, full of small Koi carp
and your corals (by then coral skeletons or just rocks) thrown against the shed wall

Yep the bloke that moved in with my ex was a Koi fan

My ex commented "at least he has taken that ugly thing off your hands"

people going on a spending spree and not taking into account the increase in bioload. one fish dies first, then it just sets off a chain reaction of ammonia.

people having kalkdosers that malfunction.

power outages.

 

The Power went out to my reef while I was on vacation last summer I tripped the circuit. That was quite the sight and smell when I go home and found that yikes. Total loss

I recently met someone who has a 72g corner bowfront, spends a ton of money stocking it, making it beautiful then gets sidetracked with another project, neglects the tank, it dies off, he cleans up, starts again only to do same thing...why would someone do that? He says he just gets interested in something else then feels that he wants a reef tank again. I'd like to try a rescue if he does that again this year...
