would all of you say that all of us reefers are obsessed with the tank?

id say im more frustrated lately than obsessed. most of the 'work' ive had to do relative to the tank has been not fun. broken light fixtures, baffles in the sump giving way and allowing the fuge to mix into the return chamber, overflow bulkhead deciding to allow water to piss all over my floor......

the obsession at this point for me is to get funding to get this crap fixed and setup 'properly' so i can actually obsess with the livestock/aquascape and enjoy my reef.

Looked at my tank maybe 8 times in the last 5 months. I moved and the tank has yet to move. If I am obsessed then I would be there all the time  I did loose quite a few old friends (corals) though due to neglect. bad reefer!

I know right, it started out pretty cheap, had the tank and most the rock already. Then decided to get a bunch of extra equipment, new skimmer, upgrades for the maxis i had on hand, new lighting, reactors from BRS. Then I wanted to sump it, ordered a pump/overflow plus all the accoutrement to have my sump/fuge return run ALL of my current. Then found out a 20g long wouldnt fit in my stand, nor would any profuge that was longer than 14' long by 9' wide. Orca has great products and customer service btw. Now I have to do something else as I have all the equpiment and nothing to use it on ;-P

 When I called you a liar, it was in response to you saying that you hated to burst my theory. I think that you rather enjoyed doing that :D

Nah I don't get any enjoyment doing easy ones like that. I like to have ones to make me think and research it first
