would it be ok not to feed for 9 days?

I am going home for thanks giving saturday morning and not coming back until sunday night. I was wondering if my Betta and frogs would be ok without eating for this time?
I don't have an automatic feeder, but I've heard they can go about 2 weeks? is that true?

 

You can get those fish food pyramids, they dissolve into pellets. They make a 3 day version which should work fine.

That's what I do with my freshwater tanks.

I don't think I have the option of going to buy one. Right now, it's either take the betta home, or leave it be for a week.

Taking it home would be really hard because I already have tons of things, but if I were to leave it here would it be ok?
