Would this setup for 75G Reef work out?

thanks guys, i really appreciate you guys taking the time, especially john there with the long fill ins on my questions.. the hydrolia-4s 1200 GHP i found for $70 with shipping, is that a good deal? what if i use a hydrolia-4s and take out my aquaclear 110 in my 40 gallon for the time being, would that be sufficient enough? that means iw ould have a hydrolia-4s 1200GHP with a maxi jet 600 with another maxi jet 400, would those 3 powerheads be creating enough current for a 40G for the time being?
