    Until they have a track record I want it to light my tank about as much as a disco ball!;D

    lol.! can't go wrong like that! My self I would like to see what kind of fx is got in the aquarium, like how bright and all that other good stuff

    I am an electrician and I do a lot of commercial and industrial work and the way it looks you are going to be seeing more and more of led lighting they are coming out with so many different applications because they just use so much less power and last so long. You will definitely see a price drop in a few years on the tank lights I am sure just like with the flat panel TVs and then Im in.

    I have a friend with an LED fixture. he has had no end to problems. LEDs burning out. Plus their intensity is very deceiving. The Tank looks very dim but corals are bleaching out.
    No shimmer as well.

    there just not there yet for my likeing

    It's the latest Solaris 72inch. I believe my buddy likes it. I just don't :)
