    +1 if the tank is healthy which should be fairly obvious by looking at it carefully. I'd try to get the stuff you want and if possible, let him deal with the rest. My only question is whether or not you have the ability to quarantine the livestock and rocks? I wouldn't just throw them in my DT.

    I'm pretty sure I see a crap load of aiptasia on the rocks. The rock looks like some nice fiji pieces with good shape. Fish look decent. Not sure about that nem but its huge! I would do it. Honestly, at that price, its probably already gone.
