I have a Berlin Classic XL 25-250 w/ a Mag 9.5 but it leaves a big footprint on the side of a 55 so theres someone offering a trade of a cpr bak pak skimmer w/ pump, a small colony of zoas and wt looks like a small toadstool leather plus cash? Does anyone have the bak pak and whats the word on the bio floss or wtvr its called. Is this a good deal?

How much did your skimmer cost? What ump does it come with? If it is the acella pump it pumps to much water for the skimmer and youll be enjoying some nice microbubbles everytime you feed your tank or stick your hand in it. It is also a load pump that vibrates a lot. The bak-pak is rated at just over your tank size. With that being said, I probably wouldn't do it for that reason even if that was the only reason. Toss the floss if you get it. What type of zoas and how many? Some zoas are like 5 bucks a colony because they aren't hard to find. Also, odds are the zoas are taking over his tank and aren't costing him a thing to give you. So many factors, also depends on what you want.

Hes says that he will give me the acella pump which he now uses as a powerhead and a rio pump he bought for it instead to run it. Floss is tossed but why? A colony of about 25 pink zoas, a 4-6 inch toadstool lookin coral with long tentacles and hes gonna throw in another green and red zoa small colony.

You would be taking a serious step back in skimming. The CPR skimmers are not very good. They need about three mods to even begin to function like a proper skimmer.
    I would avoid this trade.

If the bakpak is for use on a tank bigger than a 40g, then it is not a good deal.

I had a bakpak2r, and even with mods it did not skim well enough to be used on my 90g.
