    nvr thought I would have two tanks fail on me in less than a year, my 75 gallon cracked on me and now my 55 gallon has a slow leak thank god I caught it!!! I think its time to take a break from the hobby fml... back to draining the tank now

    Bottom front right corner, my guess is the silicone is slowly failing its a drip every 2 seconds, I just can't believe this is happening again. I'm just glad I found it, I was just doing a water change and found a puddle onto of my ATO bucket!!!

    Haha yup never doing that again I'm either buying new or not at all :) I think ima wait till I move before I set a tank back up :-(

    that's pretty strange even with used tanks... (unless they're really old and haven't had water for years)

    Are you using the same stand?

    If so, I wonder if it's not "flat" and causing the tank to torque, and eventually breaking the seal...

    A slight twist in the stand will break a seal. If the bottom of the tank is out of plane, it puts a huge amount of pressure on the whole tank. Sorry it had to happen again, but I'd take a close look at your stand.

    Oh we'll whatever it is doesn't matter now, fish and coral are in sump waiting to be givin away and tank it about rdy to be trashed, I think I'll finally get to start that nano I wanted to do haha
