Hey everyone glad to have a question to ask here again Y all have filled me with knowledge. I currently have a 110g tank with a 29 gallon fuge, ins 80 protein skimmer . Here is a list of my live stock...

    Carpenter flasher wrasse
Yellow watchman goby with pistol shrimp
    Mandarin goby
    2 perculas
    Tomini tang

I am curious as to adding another wrasse but I'm concerned about the wrasse population if anyone has any ideas on wrasse that will be compatible and won't drain the pods drop some ideas. I love there personalities. Tyia

Well, I had a scooter blenny, which is in the same general species as the mandarins. Anyway, I have a 6 line that lived with my blenny for a long time. Had no problems with the two what so ever. They are extremely hard, although my 6 line is very shy and slow to eat. Just my two cents on the subject. As for other species of wrasses I have no clue. HTH...by the way, if you are feeding regular frozen and or pellets the wrasse wont even bother with pods ime.

There are no wrasses that I know of that would not make an impact on your pod population.I have seen Mandarins starve in tanks your size so you are better off not pushing your luck IMO.IF EVOLVED DOESN'T CHIME IN HERE SEND HIM A VM.HE IS OUR RESIDENT WRASSE EXPERT.
    Sorry for the caps.;)

A 6line???Shy???What did you have in there with it a grouper??:cheesy:
    What is a long time????
I wouldn't combine Dragonettes with any pod eaters except in very large systems.6lines are voracious/efficient pod hunters.

We had a Mandy and a Wrasse in a 55g for something like 6+ years. It will also make a difference whether or not your mandy eats frozen and how much of that it eats a day.

The scooter I had for almost a year. The 6 line I still have with 2 Percy. He always goes in and out of the Rockwork during feeding time. My clowns are always out asking for food lol.
