So my six line wrasse that ive had for about a week, i just noticed is chopping at my banded coral shrimps antennas. I saw his antenna shortened recently and wondered what happened, then i watched the tank and everynow and then my wrasse will attempt to take a chomp at it. WTF.... what should i do??

Wow that's kind of surprising those coral banded shrimp are pretty mean I wouldn't think he would let the six line do that. But the next time he molts his antennas should grow back

WRT to the antenna, I don't think there are nerve endings present. If I remember right it's the movement at the base that signals the nervous system. ......and they WILL reappear with the next molting. I had a CBS that lost both 'arms' in a move. Took two molts, but they both came back. No worries there. The Six Line is just trying to dominate at this point. This should mellow as time goes on. CBS are pretty tough. They can live through most anything. I have confidence in the little guy.....

Six line wrasses eat small invertebrates in the wild. A shrimp is a small invertebrate. I doubt it will ever stop harassing your shrimp. :(

+1 on above... it may even end up eating your CBS unless the CBS grows a lot sometime soon
