    the Female just looks beyond cool to me but the manderin is a must its the only fish that I had to say I built the tank for. thats sad but oh well

    You're nutz,lol,my leopard is my most active fish next to my clowns and hangs with them all day,even resides in the same hairy mushroom with the clown pair.She does spook easy,but not a hider at all and very very docile.One of the best fish i've owned.;)

    Getting your hands on a healthy specimen is the tough part,they are prone to internal parasites and don't handle shipping stress well.

    lol, sorry, someone else though was saying that, hmmm.

    My wrasse have all been hiders the first week or so, then they are like dogs when you get near the tank, panting and wanting fed;)

    Ingtar had one that hid for weeks i believe,but i don't recall that it was a leopard.

    My melarunus wrasse hid for like 9 days before it was out and about. Now it always is out. I think i would pick up a leopard if i saw one in town.

    no its a big acrylic box with lots of hole in it you put new fish in so that the occupants can get used to him without the ability to fight him.

    LOL, Obviously I'm mistaken! My bad. :( Just remember a few threads and getting talked out of getting a leopard!

    But still wouldn't mix a leopard and a mandarin in a small tank!
