learning is sometimes fun but lately it's been a struggle. anyway, my xenia was flourishing and extended beautifully until yesterday. I have a bit of an ich problem and treated the tank with ICH-X. Not even 30 minutes later he shrunk. I've had some experience with him doing this before but never to this extent. 1st picture is the aftermath and the second picture is about 30 minutes before my water change

needless to say I just performed my monthly water change. my parameters are in check at 0 and ph was at 8.2 with salinity at 1.023

The treatment said "reef" safe and although I realize it's no guarantee I dosed the tank. All my other corals are flourishing as before so I don't know what to do. Should I dose with calcium or iodine?
    Thanks.

here's a picture of the rest for reference

I am going to suggest not to dose that directly into your DT. Corals and inverts will not fare well with these type of meds. Get a QT setup and dose accordingly.
