Thank you. Glad to hear about the update. It is amazing what the extra five inches in width really does. Build thread?

The clam on the left is a blue spot squamosa. It is my favorite of all the clams I own. If it keeps growing as quickly as it is, I will need a larger tank soon.

Thank you, I can't wait for the sps to really grow out.

So everything in that video was just purchased??? That's a pretty impressive haul. And believe me I don't mean to be rude, That's just the first thought that came to me when I watched the video is all.

    Edit
Wait now, The video I just saw WAS NOT the video I watched last night. The one I watched then was actually of a frag tank, Not the one you posted on page 31, I see why that first post would seem so confusing. I think I had my fill of drinking last night and wound up on the wrong page.....lol my Bad...looks great

Hey xmetal when you transfered everything over you used filter floss on the tank to help clear up the water after adding all of the sand right? would you do the same thing again/ did it help alot or?

Yes I would. I used the 50 micon filter pads. I had to replace them very 15-20 minutes at first. As the water gor cleaner the switch time turned in to roughly 45 minutes. It cleared the tank up within about 3 hours. I was extremely pleased with being able to see in my tank again that soon.

Got the biopellets hooked up and am using a Hanna Checker to make sure my Alk doesn't go above 7.7dKH. Just an fyi, they don't tumble if you only have a small layer in the reactor. Once I added another 1/4 cup they started tumbling.

I have also added a CO2 scrubber to help keep my pH up without any additives that would screw with alk and cal levels. So far it is working extremely well.

I put two of my chalices on putty pancakes and the growth rate of them has increased exponentially. I currently have 11 new eyes growing in roughly 2 weeks.
