Finally got my hanging kit at 6:08 PM. I installed and hung the lights right after I raced through dinner. Unfortunately, I had to run off before I could take photos. When I get back home I will Take a few photos and post them.

WOOOHOOO...it is 4:40 AM EST and I am done changing my tank. I started at midnight. It took about 3 more hours than I expected it to. I have a butt load of photos and got lit up by a bristle worm. Fortunatey it did not sting, but left about 60 little needles in 3 fingers...brillo pad to the rescue. GN all and sorry WuWu for the post and no photos....

    Some rock from the 50:

Coral fish and other goodies from 50:

No more rocks and most live stock removed (The water only got dirtier from there) :

Adding aragonite to 23 gallons of fresh saltwater:

Putting sump into stand from side door (dirty water from adding arogonite has a cameo) :

I decided to cut some 50 micron (I think it was actually 25 micron) filter pads to go in tray while I wait for the dust to settle down and the water temp go to about 76. These pads came in very handy later that night.

Finished filling the tank and added the LR and most of the LS from my 50(the water looks AWESOME lol ) :

I went through 5 of the 6 micron pads I had previously cut. These pads inhaled the dust and muck from the new aragonite and the old LS. They got clogged after about 10 minutes of being in the filter. It slowly took longer and longer to clog.

If I told you this is what the tank looked like this morning would you believe me? This photo was taken 3 hours after the first FTS:

What is left of the 50:

The aftermath of everything (that mess won't get cleaned up until this weekend probably) :

Absolutely amazing transformation you have done!

That clean FTS is unbelievable - cannot believe it settled down so fast. The lights look awesome too. Nice. clean and fits right in with your room decor.

One thing : in the one "aftermath" pic - is that YOUR high-heeled boot? **grin** must have been quite the overhaul last night!

In seriousness.....this is really impressive. It definitely pays off to have a plan of action in place.

    i LOVE the rockwork too.

It is going to be a very nice tank to follow as it progresses.

    congrats!
