    Sump is up and running. Skimmer sprung a leak somehow so no skimmer til my SWC cone arrives. Lets so how well we do with this.

    Congrats on getting the sump up and running!! Another hurdle out of the way!

    Yep, goodbye wet/dry/sump. Although it did do a great job. I now have room for a good skimmer and a fuge area. I hope the sump does a good job.

    Here is the fuge with just some rubble and my PITA cleaner shrimp that were banished from the DT.

    The substrate by the pump in the above photo makes a whirlpool every so often. I find it quite amusing.

    So far everything is doing well. I had to take the skimmer off because it seemed to spewing some water out incorrectly and making it flow into the stand instead of the sump.

    Thank you. I like things being clean and easy to understand especially when it comes to under my stand. You never know if something will go wrong when someone is tank sitting for you. This makes it easy for me to memorize where everything is and allows the tank sitter to follow my instructions easily.

    Tunze Osmolator is installed and I already love it. I put it through the usual tests and it performed well. I love the buzzer that goes off when the water level is to high. if only you could get emails or txt messages from the unit when that happens.
