    loving the new corals! the vortechs are awesome! i love my mp20, still have to contact vortech though, that will be done tomorrow :D

    These things are awesome. I can see a difference in my corals within 10 mins of turning it on. Polyps are out more and they are seeming to love it. Im very happy with it. I hope I dont regret the purchase in the future.

    Your sand does look amazing i mean it looks so so claen wish mine looked like that how much you vaccume if you dont mind me asking...Or whats the trick...LOL

    No tricks. I have vacummed off the surface a little in the past but I really dont like to fool with it to much. I do have a bunch of snails and hermits that move around and dig into it so I think that helps. I also have a sand sifting star fish that burrows a lot also. Thanks for the compliment.

    pictures taken under actinics so the new corals all look like green birds nest to me
    some full daylight shots would be cool, so we can see what they are

    Thanks, I think Im going to kickback for awhile now and see how everything does. atleast until I get back around my LFS LOL.

    Pardon an odd question, But I assume your run MH lighting? I just noticed the two spots that seem to create the light on the one picture. From what I've seen MH lighting seems to be more dramatic then T5.

    Nice! I like red stuff! *Hijacks little red coral*

    I am running 2-250watt MH's with 4-54 watt HO T5's. The MH's are 10K and kinda drown out the T5's. I am going to order some 14K's in the near future but I want to get some use out of the 10K's before trashing them. I also am under the impression that the 10Ks will give better growth so Im wanting my frags to fill out some before the switch also.
