    Maybe breathing a bit fast, but not rubbing at all. No white spots or fin decay. Aside from being now skinny he looks perfectly normal from what I can see, color is good too.

    Maybe it's something internal? I don't think there's a lot you can do at this point. I thought at first with the shaking that it could be that rubbing/scratching fish will do when they get ich sometimes but there is nothing visible on him. Have you tried an appetite enticer like garlic or selcon (I think is what it is called) to soak the nori or food in....he's getting something from the powerhead that's helping him it would seem.....I'm sorry, I've been no help at all - it's so hard when fish start acting weird and stop eating and there's not something "obvious" that is wrong......

    Something tells me it is gill flukes. Which might be why he likes the super high flow area and breathing fast.
