I think a lot of out stuff is over priced (coral and what not) for a 6 line its 25 and at another plave an hour away a single head of frog spawn is 35. and 20 for a single ricordia mushroom.

I am sorry but i must disagree as i have multiple in my 72 and they all behave fine. On the induction they all "pick" on the new one a bit the after a day or so all is fine. Eventually they will out grow the tank but that just means it is time to buy a bigger one.

Behaving "fine" is different than actually being comfortable. Any experienced aquarist will tell you the same thing, that more than 1 tang in 75-about 100 gallons isn't a good idea. They need room to swim and you don't get that kind of adequate room in tanks under 100 gallons. Plain and simple.

I added a hippo to my tank with a yellow I had for over a year and they never fought. Kinda mind their own business. Maybe the tank size makes a difference. They have good swimming room and places to hide

That is from the sticky "What about tangs?"

Yellow tangs are known to be mean. I have one and it will chase around my chromis, and whack my rabbitfish with his tail.

Yellow tangs should be the last tang added IMO

I have to say first hand that I have a chocolate Tang and a scopas Tang in my 110 and these guys are inseparable. The scopas was the first guy in the tank but the chocolate has become the leader. The scopas won't make a move without the chocolate's cue. It is quite entertaining to watch the odd looking pair. Definitely no aggression.
