I just added the yellow tang in my tank, and I was watching him for a while. I had a little branch of Grape Caulerpa from a piece of LR I got from my LFS. The Tang bit at it a couple of times and the Grape Caulerpa released some sort of green stuff into the water. Is it normal for tangs to eat that? and should I take the Grape Caulerpa out of the water?

Tangs love almost any type of red or green algae - it is a major part of thier natural diet!
