    i got a yellow tang about a week ago and noticed a large white stripe down each side....is this normal??? he just finished eating about 4 hrs ago

    Very Normal. Ever been into a fish store w/yellow tangs? They all have them. They're are nocturnal & durnal colors for alot of fish, yellow tang being one of them. Check him out at night, or he could even be a little stressed.
