If I would only take my own advice......everytime i get sick from it I swear never again......but then I still continue to handle without gloves.

Was moving zoas, palys etc to my new little tank last night happily, washed my hands afterwards but apparently not enough. This morning wake to my eyes being glued shut, swollen and red (i rub my eyes all the time). Think ok pink eye versus........hmmmm no symptoms until after moving zoas........maybe palytoxin? Been having fevers for a while so I am having cold chills but, again have had fevers for past week or so. Then it hit me......the typical stomach symptoms. Of course it happens on the way IN TO WORK!!! I feel like crap right now and it has to be palytoxins. Just have to wait until everything passes through

So, moral of the story......do as i say not as i do. Use gloves with zoas and palys

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Jezzz Mel.

I am just as guilty. Fortunately mine has only been limited to tingling and redness.

Take care of your self, who is going to take of everyone else if you are sick?????????

It had to be the eye rubbing, I have been fragging zoos for a long time and that never happened. Get well soon

When I had my coral with Paly I would go to the ER because of stomach issues. After two very invasive procedures and three CT scans and 75K+ of hospital bills later.. NOTHING! This happened before I was part of any online community, had no idea coral was that deadly.

When I sold my coral with Paly all symptoms gone.. ;)

    Feel better man.

Sold this little problem for 25 bucks, never felt better!

Get better soon! I hope that others do read this and take your advice, at the beginning of this year I was VERY sick and believe this to be the cause.
