    Hello everybody, it's been a while since I post a ?. A year and 2 months ago I started my 12 gal dx nano, 9 months ago I place 2 rocks with very nice yumas they been growing really nice and more poping out, about 3 weeks ago I notice they are shrinking and more like dying.. all of them, everything else is fine and growing like crazy, parameters are in normal range, I do a 2 gal water change every week since I started, so what is going on w/ my baby's, HELP please any advice will help

    I had some red ones that did the same thing,everything was in check and they started to shrivel up and die.!??Other shrooms (brown) in the same location are doing great til this day.

    Are they turning pale? You should move them to stronger light, they may not be getting enough. I've seen these guys absolutely need light and need to be away from detritus in your tank.

    Once in a while, I take my turkey baster and blow off a lot of detritus from my brown spotted shrooms and red spotted shrooms and man, a lot of detritus pile on them. You should do the same, maybe there's detritus underneath them that's bugging them.

    heres a simple question. whens the last time you replaced ur bulbs...i just did and mine look great :)

    Hello , thaks for all the input, my parameters are normal except alk is pretty low, especialy when I do a water change,4.5 - 1.60, I add alk buffer,light not sure they been in same spot for 9 mos and growing, the bulbs are 14 mos, I know is time for replacing, still not sure what it is all I can do is wait, if I moved them is like starting all over, lack of space.
    Yes I've been in MoVal for a while
