Latest addition - Geo 6x12 Calcium Reactor!

ReefBrite LED's will be here next week. Those things blow through quickly, seems like the manufacturer has issues keeping up. Shipment to Premium Aquatics will be in Friday, sending out same day, should be here early next week. I will do a review when I get them up and running!

    Excellent build thread!
I am in the middle of setting up my first reef tank as well and your posts have been very helpful.

I like the idea of putting insulation under the tank to keep it level.
What type did you use? I was going to put some neoprene over it as well for added waterproofing.

    Thanks!

I got half inch insulation from Lowes. Can't remember the brand, it was blue, like $14 for a large sheet and they cut it to size for me. It was mainly to remove pressure points from the bottom brace which supports the tank, which in turn relieves pressure points on the glass. It does help level the tank to a small extent but that is not the main purpose.
