Well, the lower the K the better the growth, but not to say he isn't indeed getting good growth. I think I'm getting good growth with the P14Ks, but honestly don't have much to compare to. Plus K factors can be quite different from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Some of my Acros are growing well, and some have barely moved, yet look healthy. So tough to say how much is from environmental factors and natural growth rates. I have 5 different Montis and every one has a different growth rate, one is a weed and another has not done much.

......and just think you were about to throw in the towell a few months ago;D. (I have those thought at times.... but then I think about my next build)

70 gallons in ... No rock yet though, weird putting that much in and still having a considerable amount to go in the DT! Waiting to add more until I add rock tomorrow evening.

Almost done. Got the aquascape (first round, minus a few rocks I'm waiting to add once I'm done bleaching them), and it's looking great. Sump is filled, DT almost filled, working out some kinks (literally) with the chiller plumbing. That will be done in a bit and the return pump turned on :)

Picked up some T5's today too. I'm going to run the ReefBrite LED's in the front, and 1 Actinic+ and one AquaBlue+ by Geissman in the back.

Thanks :) Definitely exciting and looking better than expected so far. I'm pleased with the total water volume too, I have 95 gallons so far with sump and DT and the tank isn't even full. I'm probably going to get around 110 gallons of total water volume after sand / rock displacement.

Wow, that would be great! I can't wait to see your rock work. This lack of pictures is really lame. ;)
