Shouldn't be a problem. He eats pellets, flake, etc. Plus I plan to feed strips every other day. Yep, Tomini.

They're very comparable. I read reviews of both and it seems the elite puts out a bit stronger PAR though. Plus I got a great deal which pushed me over the edge. I think you would be happy with either, but I am very satisfied with these.

I do too :) Going to add a Chevron, I believe. Beautiful as adults and juveniles, IMO.

Wow. Can't believe I missed this thread. Just got finished reading it from the beginning. Looks well thought-out. I have the Iwaki Japanese 40 RLT, too. It's got more of a whine than a hum, but still worlds quieter than my Lil Giant was. I love the pump.

You've got a beautiful build going! Keep the pics coming. :)

Thanks man :) I appreciate it. Lots of work, but great payoff at the end ;D After closing up the doors on the stand, I really can't hear the MD40 - everything is still much quieter than the 75.

I should get the LED's later this week, as well as the calcium reactor so I can get those running by next weekend.
