Finally, pictures!! Your tank is so pretty!! The rockwork, the coral selection, the fish, the lighting...wow! Just amazing. That purple tang is gorgeous and looks comfy in there already!

    P.S. we have matching rics!

Thats what I thought, wasn't sure if it was a reflection. Do you have the WXM? What will the ES do for you the WXM won't?

I was going to order the WXM, but I'm waiting for the kinks to get worked out. It may be at that point already, I haven't kept up to date on it. I want the ES drivers first. It will give me a backup driver in the case I splash one, the ability to turn them off one by one if needed, and basically feed my need for the latest and greatest. The WXM will take care of everything else.

Got it. I only want better night mode, one button feed and on off... so the WXM fits my bill fine. I would never suggest you should do without the latest greatest. :D

    Awesome looking tank.

One question. Why does your sig say 72.1 degrees right now?

    Thanks!

Because there is RF interference between my halide ballasts and the Apex temp probe. I have yet to find the time / energy to try and move the Apex away as that means redoing all electrical on my tank. I have worked the code around the best I can and removed the chiller from the Apex - current tank temp according to my Arctica is 76.2 (accurate).

I could tell you right now you'll love them. So far the blue strip alone is working well for me - these LED's are amazing. It will probably be a while before I get the 50/50's, I just had work done on my car and have other stuff on order. Month or two before I order, maybe. Not my highest priority at the moment. I am trying to source scolys and clams, and they are not cheap.

Well, I have one blue which is a nice compliment to the blue from the phoenix bulbs. The Pheonix bulbs look yellow after I turn off the LED's. However, with only the blues, it looks like a black light over the tank. I want a dusk to dawn effect without looking strange. With 2 50/50's I would get the same effect as the one blue I have now, plus the benefit of the very strong white LED's. 2 blues would be TOO blue.
