    That thing looks like an absolute beast. Congrats.

    Are you still going to add more rock to that tank?

    And, I was working at the TN Aquarium today, and we had banjo music playing. It made me think of you hahaha.

    lol. Dueling banjos ::)

    It is a beast - I had heard from most folks on here that they skim very well, so I picked it up. Once you see it in person, break it down, and actually feel it, man, the build quality is excellent and you can definitely tell the difference. Very nice skimmer. Very happy.

    Yes, I'm going to be adding more rock. I wanted to get what I had in there, arrange the best I could, and see how I liked it. I'm sitting around 70 pounds or so, but some of the rocks are very porous so I thought I could pull it off. I dislike the aquascape and need more. I'm going to order about 60 pounds of reefcleaners dry rock and top off the 75, and use the remainder for my 20 gallon mantis tank I'm setting up soon.

    I think I'm also going to be replacing my current sump pump with the mag-12 and use a pan-world 100 px-x on the bullet in the near future.

    What mantis species do you think you're going to have? Peacock?

    Tank looks good so far. Keep it up.

    Any time :) Gave it a good cleaning, soaked pieces in vinegar and scrubbed. It's not shiny today, it's filled with poo ;D

    Some pics of the bullet and the skimmate after a couple days running.

    Going to the reef club meeting this weekend, and picking up a 6" piece of pink digitata and a frag of radioactive dragon eye zoanthids. :)
