    Updated readings:

    Ammonia under .25 (but still not quite the 0 color)
    Nitrate: 1
    Nitrite: 80 (I'll admit, I might have those numbers backwards! haha)
    PH at beginning of light cycle: 8

    Skimmer is already starting to seem more broken in (WAY less microbubbles)

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    You might just have to adjust the skimmer. And skimmers will show decreased skim mate or froth if you put you hands in the tank or when you feed.

    I haven't worried about the amount of skimmate yet.

    I just meant there is way less microbubbles from the skimmer in the tank. I was out of town for the weekend, and came home to the tank looking much better. I'm getting excited as my readings start to level out :)

    WOOOO!!!! Testing again tonight to confirm. 4 weeks (to the day) since starting :) :D
