I got a question. I just ordered got two new Zoas and I didn't dip them. Got them off ebay so I figured they were dipped. Either way I noticed a little thing that I believe is a zoa eating nudiranch. It was prolly the size of a pea. I am not the most experienced so I wasn't sure. I have read about them on here thanks to all the great people with a lot of knowledge. It had green little frills on its back that matched the color of one of my zoas. I tried getting a photo but it is so hard since it is small. I do have some but It just looks like something small.

I have a lettuce nudibranch and it looks like a mini one with green frills.

BTW I think I will be dipping them right after I post this.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
If you got new zoanthids and the nudibranch looks like the zoanthids then if most likely is a zoanthid eating one. Check for nudibranch eggs as well and keep checking the zoanthids for awhile.

Google images of zoanthid eggs. When you move the zoanthids they close up, you should be able to see the egg masses in close proximity to the zoanthids or on them.

Thank you a lot Corailline I just dipped all of my zoas and I noticed eggs on the one I just bought. I hope I got them all. I read that if I keep dipping it every two weeks I should be okay. Is that right?
